The plans

SecureMacApps is sold three ways, each per Mac, at the prices shown at checkout (in US dollars, or rupees in India): Monthly ($1 a month), Yearly ($10 a year) and Lifetime ($50 once). Every plan grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use every SecureMacApps app — current and future — on the number of Macs you paid for: for as long as a Monthly or Yearly plan is paid, and for the life of the product on Lifetime. You may not resell, sublicense or share your activation key outside your own Macs.

Monthly and Yearly renew automatically at the end of each period through the payment provider until you cancel. Prices may change for future billing periods; we will email you before a change reaches you, and you can cancel before it does. Lifetime is a single payment and never renews. “Lifetime” means for as long as we develop and distribute SecureMacApps; if we ever stop, your apps keep working on your Mac with the licence you already hold.

Free trial

Each Mac can start one free trial of every app for 7 days, from inside any app. It needs no email or payment details and does not turn into a paid plan: when it ends, the apps return to their free mode unless you buy a plan.

Cancelling

Cancel Monthly or Yearly at any time on the account page. Cancelling stops future charges; the apps keep working until the end of the period you have paid for. If a payment fails and is not recovered, access ends a week after the paid period.

When a subscription ends

The apps keep running in their free mode. Nothing on your Mac is deleted or disabled, and files you already processed are untouched.

Moving to another Mac

Free a Mac on the account page and activate the new one. Licences are bound to a hash of the Mac’s hardware; if that changes — usually after a logic-board repair — free the old entry and activate again.

What the software does

Some apps change or delete files you select. They are designed to make dangerous actions difficult and to show you what will happen first, but you are responsible for what you choose to change or remove. Keep backups.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent the licensing, distribute modified copies, or use the software to damage someone else’s system.

Refunds

See the refund policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms for future billing periods and will email subscribers about material changes before they apply.
